I've been back at work since July '17 and have managed to pick up two jobs! Two thirds of my time is spent helping the Global Leadership Team communicate effectively with the wider organisation of 4,000 people in over 100 countries. The other third of my time I have responsibility for all internal communications in OM, and as part of a small leadership team, I'm figuring out issues such as how to communicate well with connectivity issues, language barriers and cultural nuances. 

Every afternoon I have the kids and we hang out around the house, Myla and Judah both have swimming lessons twice a weeks and we also visit friends with kids or pop out to the local soft play for a special treat.
